Basel has worked across the financial and technological sectors, primarily as a market maker for crude oil, equities, and crypto derivatives, and most recently as head of trading for a hedge fund. He has a Computer Science degree from Stanford University, and was a recipient of the Crown Prince’s International Scholarship from Bahrain.
